Specify and read fortune files

Clear and concise description of the problem

Hi. Thanks for the great plugin, first of all.

I'm interested in using my own fortune files with this plugin, in the format with % as a delimiter. Is this something you'd be interested in? I'm happy to open a PR

Suggested solution

Modify the options to include a files table, which loads in fortunes from an absolute path. It uses % as the fortune delimiter, which look like the following:
