Agree that it shouldn't be there. For people who like a quick fix (over a real solution), therubyracer
isn't so bad. Plus, no mention of solutions to specific problems are given. Like "instead of using rubyracer, use multi-build pack on heroku to install node.js." Even if there's no way of knowing where they deploy it, I am certain this problem is only encountered by people who use Paas.
It may even be best to have a new tool or repo that compares gems if usage (stars, downloads) is confusing.
