Added an RDF::Literal::XML class in changesets 785c364 and 82a662c.
This is mostly just a stub for now, but it could already e.g. be reopened and extended by RDF plugins, with such functionality later being merged into RDF.rb core itself.

I've investigated XML Exclusive Canonicalization (C14N) some more. It is required as the lexical form of XMLLiterals as described in RDF Concepts. There are open issues on both libxml-ruby and Nokogiri to add support from the underlying libxml2 library. There is also an XMLCanonicalizer Gem that is implemented on REXML.

Probably best to wait for basic library support to complete this. We may be able to get the XMLCanonicalizer author to contribute the code to RDF.rb, or a related gem.
