Why cannot I define a struct made of nested structs only? about fiddle

I have tested with version 1.0.3

gem 'fiddle', '=1.0.3'
require 'fiddle' 
require 'fiddle/import'

and I get the same error.

By mentioning a next release are you referring to Ruby 3.0 official release?
