I fixed this by using
chmod 777 -R *
in workbench directory
from workbench.

I met this issue when using "root" user, and met permission problems
solution is quite simple,
- change the owner of current folder to your user (e.g. "jim")
- run the command WITHOUT sudo. (e.g. run this command using "jim", not "sudo ...")
