Service Outage - Bigquery for import about google-bigquery

Not seeing this anymore. The service came back to normal around 12:45 pm. So we 
had problem for 6 hr 30 min. 

Do we know cause of the problem? Last time we had same issue and was related to 
metadata. See here:

We are getting this issue again today April 9th - 9:00 am PST.

We saw increased number of import errors last week 5/26 - 5/31. All the errors 
were giving backendError as described above. We found that even though API 
returns above error, the import works fine.

Can you provide some job IDs for the recent failures?

Just to clarify, the import appears to have succeeded (i.e., data appears in 
the table), but the API indicates a backend error on the job?

That is correct.
