issue in using the login fo admin ,faculty and student

The main issue is that the admin is not allowing me to add any other username and password so i can not get to use the application properly . Because of the admin login issue i am unable to use the faculty and student login pages which doesn't allow the application to work properly.
So can you please tell me how to set the admin password and username. Please tell me what to do as soon as possible after you see this email/message. It will really help me with this project,
