We discussed this in the design meeting today and decided to schedule it for October 4th.
The goal is to review our Roadmap 2019 goals and to start thinking about what changes we might like to make for 2020. We should also discuss our view on what the biggest problems are, and what we would like to see done to address them by the end of Rust 2021 (the theoretical next edition) -- and what part of that work we should be trying to get done in Rust 2020. We probably won't get to all of that. =)
