The 'Score' shows the current camera y position, just walk forward and you will notice what I mean :)
All required library's are in the 'libs' folder

Here are two photos showing the gap between the blocks that is probably responsible for this behavior (You need to set the TP height to '< 0' in GameManager to see this:

Found some settings that make it work way better, thanks man :)

Glad you got it working!

Can you create a test case or supply me with something more tangible to reproduce this behaviour?

I can send you my code If you want, as the physics and all that are important

Hi, I took a look at your code.

The gap you are describing between the blocks, is not really a gap. It are the different grass textures (normal mapping, steep parallax mapping) that make it look like it's a gap:
grass
Notice the subtle line between the top texture and the side texture.

I'll create a better grass texture in the next release of Blocks. To fix this for now, you can pick a different texture and use this as the grass texture.

Concerning the head bobbing you encounter, this is actually an issue with the physics engine (bullet). The mesh that Blocks generate is smooth. You could try to change and tune some settings of bullet to counter this behaviour.
You can find documentation here and you can always check out the forum for help.
Try to enable the debug mode of bullet so you can see what's happening in the physics simulation.

I did notice that you are adding 100x100 blocks to the chunk, but the default chunk size is actual 32x32x32. That's why you are getting a lot of warnings like this when running the application:
WARNING: Block location (99, 0, 99) is outside of the chunk boundaries!.
You should change the chunk size to 100x1x100: BlocksConfig.getInstance().setChunkSize(new Vec3i(100, 1, 100));

Hi, thanks for your support, Im new to JME so I don't know a lot about JBullet. I am nor really able to see how I can tweak some settings to make my game run smoother, even after having a look at the docs. I don't expect you to help me with any unrelated questions, so please feel free to close this :) But are there any alternatives to bullet then?

PS: I didn't know setting the chunk size would increase performance such a lot, thanks man!
