Hello @kenrube thanks for the question.

Before creating a library we analysed possible options, including Fuel, httpk4, khttp and others.

The core idea of kohttp is to provide a fluent and super easy API/DSL for http client.
Also we wanna get as much as possible from okhttp, as it works really good in production (except several cases).

Of course if would be nice to have OkHttpClient in Fuel. Our way is to provide an API/DSL supporting kotlin features, not a library

Oh I see, thx @rybalkinsd! I hope library syntax/features will be extended to support rapidly growing OkHttp :)
