Hi SachaEpskamp, I found edge color difference between "mgm" and "estimatenetwork(bootnet)", the code and pictures is following, there was only green when using "estimatenetwork", but there were green ,red and grey when using "mgm". Should it be same because they used "mgm" estimator essentially. right? Could you give me an answer? Thanks a lot!
ps: "16"is categorical(0,1,2), "11" is binary(0,1), the others are continuous.
"estimatenetwork(bootnet)" model1 <- estimateNetwork(dat2a, default = "mgm", criterion = "EBIC", tuning=0.5, type = type1, level = level1, order=2, threshold = "HW", binarySign = TRUE)
"mgm" model1 <- mgm(data=dat2a,type=type1,level=level1,lambdaGam=.5, k=2, binarySign = TRUE)
