Tower Seperation function about bibil

Hey @nirvik00, let's talk about this a bit more, there's a couple of functionality we need to add for it to work. Interesting approach, you'll have to walk me through it before I understand it completely! Right now the issue is that (1) this doesn't seem to be working for small lots and (2) the towers don't appear to be generating along the perimeter of the block first.Let's talk on skype to hash this out.

   ^This is your code, I've just added to a ghPython component so I could debug it. You will need to download ghpython at food4rhino for it to work for you.
   Re: small lots - this may just be an issue with the separation distance you're coding in. I spent some time trying to reset the dist, but couldn't quite figure out how the code worked, so see if reseting that will work. For testing purposes, try setting it to 25 meters from the edges of the tower footprint to the next tower. We can talk more over skype, so I can explain in greater detail what this entails.
2. I've pushed the code into my branch via this GH script. and added the actual street grid we're working into the GH script - so you can see if your approach works on the actual lots.
