happened again after system wake up. the log message looks the same though :D
it's worth noting that some pages loaded. i opened librespeed hosted by my friend and was able to achieve 60/15Mbps speed.

Hm. I guess i should have put a little more data in that error message. But it seems it was able to indentify a set of exit nodes, but then could not find a path to them.
I will look into this.

Maybe this was wrongly attributed because telegram uses the same GCP region as google.ru?

I've done some improvements here and also improved the logging so we can better see what went wrong next time.
