Teacher –student interaction plays a major role to learn a subject better and also to clarify doubts. Sometime fifty minutes is not enough (classroom’s hour) to discuss a matter in details, and need further explanations. We observe that it is not possible to clarify everybody’s doubts inside the classroom due to time constraint. Also there are some drawbacks with conventional administration process of a dept. in a college, where notices and updates are displayed in Dept.’s notice board. So, in order to access everything students need to physically present inside campus. So, new updates are not always accessible (new updates means Time-table, Scholarship info e.t.c) by students. When new batches join a program study-materials are generally sent to group mail-id. So, teachers need to upload study materials for many times. So existing system have several drawbacks. In order to enhance teacher –student interaction even outside of campus and to send new updates to every students, there is a need of computerized system. Our new online system will felicitate students, teachers and Department. Using new online system Dept. can send updates to students by text message. Professors can upload study materials. They also can write blog for students and can post answers. Students can download study materials and can get information from dept.
