We are working on a new toolkit that will solve this and other known bugs. Be patient.

Hi @jamesiggulden,
There is no date set yet. The php-saml toolkit was released 1 month ago and we gonna release the net-saml and the python-saml in the next month. The java-saml will be release after those toolkits.
