(1) install your AMD driver
(2) open GPU-Z and make sure OpenCL is ok

del C:\Windows\SysWOW64\OpenCL.dll
(4) install AMD APP SDK 2.7 ( or you can just extract the SDK and only install
C:\AMD\SUPPORT\streamsdk_2-7-RC_win764\Packages\Apps\OpenCL64\OpenCL-CPU.msi )
