[DOC] Database outside docker about docker-statsd-influxdb-grafana

I've been testing with this, but apparently more needs to be done to make this work. I've had to give access to the external influxdb directory. I also need to find where Grafana stores it's dashboards. Haven't been able to do so as of yet...

I followed all documentation, but I'm apparently not capable of getting this to work. According to sources mapping /lib/influxdb to the external directory doesn't work for this docker :(
