How to use

1. Download

Download this repo:

git clone https://github.com/sandman21dan/html-lessons.git

You're done!

2. Install (optional)

Pre-requisites:

You should have node instlled, for instructions go here

Installation

Install the dependencies (these make easy to serve and view your files in the browser) to do so run:

npm install

3. Server (optional)

To view a lesson in the browser (named from l1 to l(n)) for example lesson 3, run the following:

npm start -- l3

Then the lesson 3 will be available in your browser if you navigate to http://localhost:8080

Alternative

If you'd like to see lessons side by side in your browser you can simply run:

npm start

Then the different lessons will be available under /l1, /l2, /l3

For example for lesson 1 you can navigate to http://localhost:8080/l1
