GPL-622 Move pmb into psd-deployment on TRAINING FCE about print_my_barcode

TODO

• Create instance on FCE via psd-provision
• Install CUPS client on FCE PMB instance
• Systems: Make sure PMB db can be accessed from PMB service on FCE (currently accessing UAT DB)
• Systems: Make sure CUPS client can access CUPS server
• Create psd-config for pmb-trainining:
• Set up psd-config for pmb service (nginx)
• Set up psd-config for pmb service (filebeat)
• Set up psd-config for pmb service (monit)
• Add Infoblox Aname
• Add Infoblox Cname
• Add printers from print_my_barcode production database. select * from printers
• Redirect Nginx to point to PMB
• Update user and password for CUPs server
• Developers deploy and test on TRAINING
• Users test on TRAINING they can print.

Below not required for FCE deployment, but in the future

• Apply Bens rake task and remove hard coded printers in componse (updated doc: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1jX1UmhtB7CqO87xFIq8QK6BXZ1Lg15bnAscXyjRuwxo/edit)
• Update psd-deployment so we can deploy PMB by itself and not the whole stack. Want to use deploy_pmb, similar to deploy_lighthouse/ baracoda etc, so it uses docker. Still inside samples_extraction stack, but within own playbook - gitlab hc6/moving-pmb-into-own-playbook
• Update urls as well as redirect in nginx
