"Select" button no longer appears in image field about sanity

@marco-land I don't have the media-plugin and I'm not seeing the "Select" button, how did you get it back? (let's reopen this ticket?)

I can see it in the dropdown menu when a current image is selected

But when I deselect that image, I can only choose upload

I am seeing the same behavior as @notflip. Not using the media plugin and a basic field config:

This seems to be a bug that appeared with 3.47.0. Until there is a fix downgrading to 3.46.1 works.
