@mikerodonnell89 Follow up from preview: https://deploy-preview-12089--fundamental-ngx.netlify.app/#/platform/table/advanced Some scenarios has been fixed (nested level and consider children index...). There is one scenario I found that can be consistently reproducible:

• Expand first item.
• Then expand first child.
• Collapse the same child.
• Scroll to lazy load next set of data.
• Scroll up and check.

From what I see, the index of tableRow is sometimes not correct corresponding to collapse/expand state.

This can be easier to reproduce if you expand children near the point of lazying load the next set of data from parent level. Then, the lazy-loading point will not be consistent and append incorrect rows:
