Enable Rooms Feature in Chatroom App for Multiple Users to Interact

Work on the UI of the app

Currently implemented using static HTML, CSS and JS. Rework the UI of the chatroom app, without affecting the functionalities included currently. UI design before getting into code is preferred.

Create CONTRIBUTING.md file in the repository

Chatroom App Vercel deployment not functioning

Leads to an unresponsive chat UI after the initial signup.

Work on README.md

Come up with a innovative README.md which showcases the project, and includes steps to enable users deploy it in their local systems
