Finally I had to upgarde my server and upgrade the RAM to 64GB.
On former server I had 32GB of swap memory but it did not work. Basically I had problem for build the graphs, it needed more than 64GB of total memory.

You can still run most of the benchmark with only 32 GB of RAM. The largest footprint workloads are SSSP with urand and kron. For the rest of the kernels, the graphs are unweighted and are smaller.

I would try executing it and seeing what happens. It is likely your server may need to use swap to build the graphs, but the built graphs (other than weighted variants of kron and urand) will fit within 32 GB.
