Most probably caused by outage of pvoutput.org yesterday... so nothing to worry about
If you have logging enabled, you should see some timeout errors

I don't think it is caused by outage of pvoutput.org, but more by being unable to reach it, which may also be caused by a broken connection via wi-fi to the router. In my view the program should have a timeout when a connection can not be established within a certain period of time and not hang indefinitely, which is the case now.

Well, whether it's an outage of pvoutput or your internet connection, the result is the same.
In version 245, there is a timeout of 30 sec. but I never tried if this code also works well:

PVOutput PVO(cfg.PVoutput_SID, cfg.PVoutput_Key, 30);

My test version 3.0 (separated sbfspot and uploader) is doing it very well:
