With uv 0.9.29 I noticed that I cannot add addons to a project, if they're built with whool (and the pyproject.toml is just added by whool's pre-commit hook).
```shell
uv add --editable ./my_module/
error: No `project` table found in: `/my_module/pyproject.toml`
cat my_module/pyproject.toml
[build-system]
requires = ["whool"]
build-backend = "whool.buildapi"
```
🤔 Not sure why this started happening...
Tested with uv 0.10.4 and same results...

You'll need to report that to uv I think. A project without a project table is perfectly valid.
I assume uv is looking for the project name in the project table and bails out if there is none because it would then need to run a metadata build to find the name. But it's just a guess.
Thanks. Yes it was something related to that. Going back and forward I managed to workaround it. I'll report upstream if I find a more reproducible way of hitting the issue.
