Configuration aware sbt-assembly about sbt-assembly

Hi,

What you're describing is exactly the idea behind Plugins Best Practices, which sbt-assembly does follow.

It defines a plain set of settings called baseAssemblySettings, so you can stick that in inConfig(Foo) to define assemby and friends in the configuration.

Just in case someone finds their way here wondering the same, this was really all it took.

seq((assemblySettings): _*)

jarName in assembly <<= (name, version) { _ + "-" + _ + ".jar" }

seq(Project.inConfig(Test)(assemblySettings): _*)

jarName in assembly in Test <<= (name, version) { _ + "-" + _ + "-test.jar" }

I didn't even need to define dependencies, since it pulls that info from appropriate configuration.
