Alas, Artifactory resides in the Amazon cloud, and Amazon had a rather huge outage today. See http://edition.cnn.com/2012/10/22/tech/web/reddit-goes-down/
This isn't a bug. It's a rather large embarrassment for Amazon, one that happens to affect a lot of customers, including Artifactory.
Closing this issue.

https://scalasbt.artifactoryonline.com/ is still down, I am consistently getting 404 for last 2 days, are there any plans to resolve this?
