Switch from bors-ng to the GitHub pull request merge queue (public beta) about butido

I just attempted to uninstall the "bors" app for this repository via https://github.com/science-computing/butido/settings/installations but it turns out that we need an organization owner for that (I got a red error message that states "This action must be performed by an organization owner").

@desperadoduck: Could you uninstall the "bors" app for us?

With #260 merged our required CI check should work again :)
(I replaced the required status check "CI" with "Result" in the settings as I renamed it in the PR.)

I also made the following changes under https://github.com/science-computing/butido/settings/branch_protection_rules/30284479:

Old: Minimum pull requests to merge: 1 or after 5 minutes
New: Minimum pull requests to merge: 5 or after 1 minutes

That way we can easily merge multiple PRs together in the same batch via an octopus merge (at the cost of an additional delay of one minute but IMO that's a good trade-off).

I didn't notice any issues since #260 was merged so this can be closed now.

That didn't work out. I misunderstood how the implementation works. AFAIK the merge queue doesn't support octopus merges like bors-ng (it creates new merge commits on top of the previous merge commits of PRs ahead in the queue) so I reverted the two settings.
