No this looks to be a warning of the workflow Group integration.
I found a bug that allowed a user from another group to submit a project in a group that the user is not a member in if the user know the node id.
So I needed to activate the group workflow module but that is not working good. Need to look at other solutions.

Ignore this bug for now. If a client is stupid enough to try to use this bug, we will ban him!

I have worked with the maintainer and we have fixed a lot of bugs.
Hopefully this is fixed now.
