ItemGroup

ItemGroup is class that implements Group of Groupie

ItemGroup is like Section and improves performance for Group that contains only Item.
It is cheaper to invoke methods on a ItemGroup than a Section.

val itemGroup = ItemGroup()
groupAdapter.add(itemGroup)

val items = mutableListOf<Item<*>>()
items += MyItem1()
items += MyItem2()
