400 Error when promoting Edge-App from Apple Silicon Machine about cli

@vpetersson I am able to successfully promote Edge-Apps using v0.2.3 of the CLI

screenly edge-app version promote --latest
Edge app version successfully promoted.

@cocallaw Turns out the issue was that the Homebrew formula wasn't bumped to 0.2.3. This has now been resolved. Could you retry after upgrading?
