We should probably put some upper limit on execution time, based on the 1st run of a test.

Basically any PR that touches this test will have to wait at least 5h for this test to finish
Why do you want to touch this test? It's 100% complete in a sense that it tests error paths of tablets transition. Unless you add new stage in it, what's the point in modifying the test itself?
