It shouldn't only be mentioned in the "Appendix". People usually read the main chapters to learn how to use phpunit and use the appendix only to lookup something they already know the name of for reference. It's luck if they stumble about this nice addition to @expectedMessagel then.

I agree @lathspell. Actually, the entire section on expected exceptions is a bit incomplete. I'll update it soon.
