seems like any project in /usr/src gives this issue

script to reproduce:
cd /usr/src
git clone git://github.com/altrg/template test58
cd test58
./new_app.sh test
echo ":lib-dirs '("deps")" >.edts
make deps
make run

and open /usr/src/test58/src/test.erl

I have no idea how the value snuck in there but for some reason eproject-prefer-subproject was nil. I think it should work now.

I accidentally broke some other stuff with that change so, I just pushed a better fix for it :)
