Cannot reproduce any more. Maybe I just logged in again and that fixed it? Maybe it was a system update and a different boot partition that caused it? Cannot debug until it happens again.

Expected:

• System authentication prompt appears
• Enter password/2FA/etc.
• Public key printed in terminal

Error appears after selecting "Allow Access" (or "Cancel")

This works again after a reboot.
I strongly recommend a full reboot after any updates to 1Password sysext.
