Hi,

I love your package, but I have problems displaying German umlauts like Ü in the meta description.

In the NGINX server everything is set to UTF-8, and Chrome confirms this, but it is still displayed incorrectly.

If I specify it like this:

[PageTitle("München")]
this is the result
<meta name="description" content="M&#xFFFD;nchen." />

If I do it like this:

[PageTitle("München")]
this is what comes out:
<meta name="description" content="M&#xFFFD;nchen" />

according to https://ogp.me the meta tags need to be with key "property" instead of "name".

I am trying to add og tags with CustomMetas, but ones that are not build-in like "locale", like in #2 they are output with "name" attribute instead of "property" . Maybe there should be CustomOgTags or something like that ?
Also og tag can be array, so multiple tags with same key can exist.

After I added your package using Nuget, the package is recognised in the using statement but neither in aspnet core 2.2 or 3.0 I can use services.AddSeoHelper(); in Startup.cs
