How to install gvm offline using docker

What do you mean? offline you need a way to move the image from a online system to a offline system.

docker save myimage:latest | gzip > myimage_latest.tar.gz

on you offline system:

docker load < myimage_latest.tar.gz

you can download the https://vulndata.securecompliance.solutions/file/VulnData/data.tar.xz file and then run
some steps from: https://medium.com/kokster/mount-volumes-into-a-running-container-65a967bee3b5 (⚠️ you normally should not do this!!!!)

Then you should run docker exec .... on your container and

• copy data.tar.xz from the "hacked directory" to /tmp/
• then you should remove the line curl -o /tmp/data.tar.xz https://vulndata.securecompliance.solutions/file/VulnData/data.tar.xz # This file is updated at 0:00 UTC every day from sync_all.sh and
• also remove /var/lib/gvm/.firstsync and
• run the sync_all.sh in it.

I've not tested it, but all-in-all this should work.
