--watch stops watching/rebuilding after first change about myth

Hm, really strange: I can only reproduce the reported behaviour, when I edit the input file in an editor like SublimeText3 or PyCharm.

Using nano input.css or touch input.css works as expected, though.
Maybe the editors above save the file in a way fs.watch gets confused?
Btw. after having confused watch once, not even touch input.css works anymore until myth is restarted.

I'm on Mac OS 10.9, using node 0.10.12(0.10.15 showed same behaviour) and myth 0.1.6

I believe this has something to do with temporary files created by those editors triggering fs.watch. I'm going to take a look at it.

This issue is occurring for me as well with the --watch flag. I am using #! and vim (in the terminal). It catches the first change, but does not update after the first. I simply get this error; Myth: style-myth.css does not exist.

Let me know if there is anything I can do to help or test out a fix.
