Yeah, I also noticed this when testing the dimmers. If you click on the central H2 the dimmer won't close.

Besides, if you keep trying to close the dimmer by clicking on the central part, if you double-click, there is a chance you not only won't close the dimmer but that you'll select a HTML element instead.

This was intentional to allow for links and selectable content inside a dimmer.

module.verbose('Determining if event occured on dimmer', event);
if( $dimmer.find(event.target).size() === 0 || $(event.target).is(selector.content) ) {
  module.hide();
  event.stopImmediatePropagation();
}

You can disable this feature by removing those two lines. If someone wants to create a pull request to add as a setting, ill merge it in
