One user asks: can you cache/lazy-init the number of render info in the GetNumRenderInfo call (it shouldn't change from frame to frame right?), and then add start/finish C wrappers around osvrRenderManagerGetRenderInfoD3D11 that cache the info instead of getting it every time?

Consider renaming GetNumRenderInfos() to LatchRenderInfos() and have it still return the number that it got. This will make it clear what it does.

Consider leaving a deprecated GetNumRenderInfos() that will warn of the change.
