why I got this warning? any ideas?

Did you do all of this correctly?
- Make sure that you installed the correct cuda version for your OS
- Install torch with the correct cuda version
pip install torch==1.9.0+<cuda_tag> torchvision==0.10.0+<cuda_tag> -f https://download.pytorch.org/whl/torch_stable.html

was tested with CUDA 11.1
It may work with 12 not sure. You will need to install torch
and cudatoolkit
with the correct CUDA versions
