Falta de visualização de Progresso da indexação com --nogui about iped

IPED already prints a progress percentage to stdout when in --nogui mode. Using a progress bar would make no difference, it may seem frozen if it is processing a large or complex file, the progress is updated just when the whole file is finished. Updating the progress in the middle of a file processing is a very hard task with complex formats and that is format specific and we must handle dozens of formats, so it is not worth to implement.
