Cookie::parse could return an Option about cookie-rs

It's a pretty primitive parsing implementation and I wanted to leave it open to easy extensibility in the future. In theory it should be returning a univariant enum right now, thought, instead of ()

Yeah, and that could be expanded over time with more specific errors.
