Support for .Netcore1.1 - 2 apps? about serilog-sinks-logentries

Hi Brandon,

No current work-in-progress, but a PR to move onto the .NET Core tooling and open up platform support would be welcome. (If anyone's keen to pick this up, let me know and I'll send some pointers to similar work in other repositories.)

👍 looking back, there's a lot of "history" in other sinks moving between different versions of the tooling. The process is probably much simpler now that VS has RTM support for .NET Core.

An example project layout that's up-to-date is here: https://github.com/serilog/serilog-sinks-file

(Note the build script, appveyor.yml and project files should cover just about everything).
