Hi @avish9, I've tried for the last few days to reproduce this issue but haven't been able to. Is it possible that you have harmony disabled on node 8? Object spread is a harmony only feature for node 8.

That said, we're planning to add support for node 6+ very soon by adding babel compilation to the project so this issue will go away shortly.

Thanks @brianneisler 👍
I don't think I had harmony disabled on node8... Anyways, I'm using node9 and it all works fine :)

If anyone else is interested/reading this, Object Rest/Spread Properties is only supported for Node 8.3.0+. Unless, as you mentioned Brian, you enable harmony 👍
