Just updated and the DL works, but chunks of the toolbar/sub-menus come up in (what looks like) arabic.
Have re-installed, but makes no difference.

Ah, just got an answer: For anyone else with this problem:
Option, (gear-wheel=Preferences, nomatter what it says in whatever language) , select in top left drop down (actually Localisation) you should see American English as an option. That cured mine.
