biologists-grep icon biologists-grep

This program is meant to emulate a biology lab using DNA sequences. The purpose of this program is to create a trie structure and run several functions that can insert, query, and remove sequences in the trie. A text file is inputted with requests starting with i, r, or s, each followed by a sequence. I is the "insert" command, r is the "remove" command, and s is the "search" command. As the file is read in, each command is executed and results are outputted. The program can also handle "?" searches, which means there is an unknown character and check for all possible matches.
