Looks like "vendor" folder missing for you. It's working with 1.9.2 and Rails 3.1 without any problems.
Today I updated gem version to 0.0.5 (Rubygems) or you can install latest build from github repository.

Confirmed, the 0.0.5 gem has all files intact.
BTW, I forked the project so I can contribute but noticed that master was not up to date with this release too. FYI.
