Galaksio graphs does not seem to display more than 2 edges. about galaksio

Galaksio does now show more than 2 edges but there remains a problem with overlapping text and "orphan" nodes.

For example: This complex workflow leads to a lot of overlapping text and the final "DESeq2" step being orphaned (ie no edges shown).
