Conditional parameters are now hidden from the user. In Galaksio when a box showing values is opened the displayed parameters values will be interpreted as new values regardless of if they are changed or not and included when the invocation call is sent to the server. On the server side Galaxy is configured to not accept any values for conditional parameters.
There is also a second issue with selectable parameters with default values that we are currently working on which we have filed as a new issue.
